I’ve written several times about the importance of business awards and why you should enter them. Something I haven’t really covered though, is how winning awards can help you online.

One of things I’m proudest of about Cleankill is that it doesn’t just employ friendly and professional staff, it also employs some of the country’s true experts in the field of pest control.

Last month, I was about to write this very blog when we had three wonderful pieces of news and I decided to write about them, rather than this – which I will call my Ranting Blog.

The reason for my ire...car main dealerships!

Recently I have had three dreadful experiences of poor customer service at main dealerships. It is often said, you get what you pay for but, as these experiences show, I severely doubt that.

Experience 1

I had some very bad experiences with customer service recently and I did have an entire blog drafted in my mind about the importance of putting the customer first but then we had some great news. In fact, we have had three pieces of great news in the last couple of weeks and so the customer service blog will have to wait until next month. Be assured, though, I will be venting my spleen in due course.

I have been looking through the promotional plans for May and it is definitely going to be a busy month with three business expos in two days. On 10^th May we will again be at Kent Vision Live, taking place at The Kent Event Centre. With over 3,000 participants coming together at the Detling Showground, near Maidstone, this exposition describes itself as the “South East’s premier B2B exhibition and the largest event of its kind in the UK.”
