As you are aware, we have had outbreaks of bed bugs in some of our residents’ flats at ****** ***** during the course of the last year. On Alan’s visit on 18th August, I am pleased to say there was no evidence of any current activity.
I am writing to thank Cleankill for the diligent way in which you have tackled the problem but just as importantly how your technician, Alan, has been able to communicate the seriousness of the problem to our elderly residents and at the same time reassuring them that the outbreak is under control and will be irradicated with ongoing treatment and further inspections. He has shown interest in their personal welfare which has been comforting to them. As an organisation, we have learnt a lot from our experience and are now better prepared to deal with any further outbreaks.
