Rewarding our pest control technicians for consistently delivering a great service is part of the way we do business at Cleankill. Last year our service technicians met their ‘state-of-service’ targets for quarter one and quarter two which won them a day out.
The latest reward was a full day’s hawking in the Oxfordshire countryside which included – a morning of meeting and ‘handling’ the various birds of prey. These included an Eagle Owl, Barn Owl, Tawny Owl, Little Owl, Sparrowhawk, Goshawk, Peregrine, Red Kite, and Harris Hawk. This was followed by an afternoon of rabbit hunting with Harris Hawks and ferrets. We spread the 12 staff who qualified over three days, as the hawking works best in very small groups.
